Jon
Jon is the head coach/owner of Condors Swim Club in Westchester, NY.
He has coached swimmers from 5-year old beginners to world champions for over 20 years and still does.
He is also the main technical editor and advisor behind all the knowledge in here.
Jaak
Is a former NCAA Div 1 swimmer, a current (mildly) over-enthusiastic swim parent/coach.
He also swam for the Estonian National team for many years before, after and during college.
He would love nothing more than to see his kids have the same awesome, fun and rewarding experience that he did while swimming.
His daughter came up with the name for this website.
