Sleep is perhaps the most under-rated aspect of any sport. Yeah, we can get away with 3-4 hours a night when pulling all-nighters in college, but it feels not right, especially when young, old, or doing something hard, like practicing swimming. It should be taken as seriously as eating right and training hard.
